Founded in 1971 by Alice Waters and a group of idealistic friends, Chez Panisse is roundly recognized as an iconic pioneer in the local, sustainable and organic food movement. Today Chez Panisse serves a prix fixe dinner menu, which changes nightly and features the finest sustainably-sourced, organic, and seasonal ingredients.
