"With my experience in this field of fine dining and great wines, I share the art of food preparation, ingredients, and incorporate it into my very own cuisine. The food is strongly defined by many cultural inheritances, all while borrowing ingredients and techniques from all over the world, and integrating it into my cooking style. I want to share my passion and creation with people. I love what I do, to me it’s more than just a job, it is a life style.
