This special event offers guests an immersive journey through this cross-cultural tradition, featuring signature dishes alongside curated Italian wines from local distributors.

Cultural Exchange: Organized by the IT-COMM Foundation (Italian Commerce Association for Italian Cultural & Culinary Education) in partnership with @apci.nordamerica APCI Nord America, Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani in Nord America. Empowering the Next Generation

All proceeds directly fund the Foundation’s scholarship program, enabling promising American culinary students to study, train, and immerse themselves in Italy’s culinary heritage. By supporting these young chefs, we continue to cultivate a lasting dialogue between Italian tradition and California's dynamic food culture.
