Show up and show out at these Berkeley Pride events!
Here in Berkeley, we proudly welcome and celebrate the queer members of our community, so it's a natural that Pride Month events go all out! Centering LGBTQIA+ voices, performers, and artists, these Pride events uplift and showcase the members of our community who have advocated for liberation through joy and resistance on some of the biggest stages in our area.
Show off your pride or simply come out to support at these events!

Where: Pacific Center for Human Growth
This year's theme for Berkeley Pride 2026, 'From Joy to Justice,' highlights the community's continued fight for justice, while celebrating the queer joy that has fueled the movement from the very beginning. At the Pacific Center for Human Growth, immerse yourself in queer culture, familiarize yourself with local organizations and resources, and shop locally with the lineup of artists, vendors, and artisans.
The all-day event will also host a series of live performances you won’t want to miss, along with kid-friendly activities. Take part in the largest pride event in Berkeley and support the local LGBTQIA+ community.
It’s important to note that the Pacific Center for Human Growth is a great and powerful resource for queer folks in the Bay Area. The center provides mental health support and programs, peer support groups, outreach services, and workshops, all in an effort to better the lives of the LGBTQIA+ individuals in Alameda County.
When: July 11, 2026
Where: Ed Roberts Campus
The Center for Independent Living hosts an annual Pride event that centers queer people living with disabilities. This intersection of disabilities and those who identify as queer has unique voices and stories that are often underrepresented, so the CIL took it upon itself to create that platform.
This year, the Disability & Trans/Queer Pride event is set to feature a live performance by King Lotus Boy, music by DJ Fugwel, local vendors, community organizations, and a performance by Obsidienne Obsurd.
As part of its design, the event is highly inclusive of those who require accommodations. At the 2026 Disability & Trans/Queer Pride, you’ll find an adaptive micromobility showcase with BORP and reserved quiet and low-sensory spaces for those who need a break from the high-energy day.

Frameline50 Festival is a film festival in the Bay Area dedicated to encouraging, preserving, and developing LGBTQIA+ filmmakers and films with the ultimate goal to empower both queer creators and the world with queer cinema. The festival is held annually in California, stretching across Oakland, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
Celebrate Pride Month with a pair of tickets to Frameline. Watch independent films, meet up-and-coming directors, writers, and actors, and learn more about the craft with workshops and panels. This event works to strengthen a community of creatives and foster a new generation of storytellers, all with the queer community at its heart.
Throughout Pride Month, or if you’re unable to attend our Pride events, we strongly encourage you to support the LGBTQIA+ community in other ways. Consider shopping local and shopping queer with our hub of LGBTQIA-owned businesses, or donating to organizations that support the community. Giving support will enable these businesses to stay in our area and these organizations to reach more people.
