Cuban Rumba Jam!

For many years we’ve been holding at La Peña monthly Rumba Jams led by culture bearer, musician and percussionist Bruce Williams. Community Jams at La Peña are free and open to the community (donations encouraged!), and they are key spaces for roots arts traditions to not only be preserved and promoted as art forms, but also to thrive as an anchor through which different generations in a community learn from their history and their ancestors.
