Celebrate Día de Muertos at La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley! Join us for a free, family-friendly evening honoring our ancestors and loved ones through bilingual children's storytime, crafts, a community altar and Ceremony of the Four Directions, live Son Jarocho music, and a participatory fandango. Bring photos or offerings for the altar and instruments to join the music!
Presented in collaboration with Mayra Hernández and María De La Rosa, this annual gathering brings our community together through tradition, remembrance, and celebration.
All ages welcome! Free admission; donations encouraged. Dinner available for purchase from Los Cilantros.
