Program: 
Philip Glass’ Piano Etudes represent the composer’s most personal body of work, a self-portrait of a life’s practice representing some of his most intimate and inventive music. Cal Performances hosts a tribute to the prolific and hugely influential composer during his 90th birthday year, inviting 10 accomplished pianists from all corners of the music world–both longtime Glass interpreters and special guests–to reflect on this remarkable music.
