Croqueta Burger™ is brought to you by Chef Sergio Monleón, co-owner of the critically acclaimed La Marcha Tapas Bar, located in the City of Berkeley. A California native, Monleón was raised in a Spanish household that lovingly embraced the culture and cuisine of his family’s birthplace in Valencia, Spain.

For Croqueta Burger™, Monleón riffs on the petit Spanish croqueta by forming it into a large tapas-style patty. Each Croqueta Burger gets all dressed up with a variety of gourmet fixings, nestled between a seeded Acme Bakery bun. With five signature flavors, there should be something for everyone, from mushroom to crab and chicken to ham or bacon.
