Takara Sake brewery was established in 1983, and is now the largest sake brewery in the U.S. Home of award-winning Sho Chiku Bai sake. Sake museum holds a rare collection of 19th century sake-making tools and display. Tasting room and Museum open daily except holidays. Mon, Wed-Sun: 12-6pm (last tasting at 5pm) Tue: 12-5pm (last tasting at 4pm)
