An iconic movie house built in 1917, The UC Theatre has been transformed into a 17,500 square foot, multi-tiered music venue with state-of-the-art Meyer sound system and lights, live stream HD/4K video seven camera video production studio (live stream over fiber), full kitchen, unlimited menu ideas, multiple bars, and flexible venue configurations. With access to the world's greatest musical entertainment, full-service event production, custom menus, and mixology, our talented staff handles every detail, so you don't have to.

The UC Theatre is available for meetings, special event rentals and private parties. Flexible floor configurations include: 1350 capacity general admission, 1,000 capacity reception-style, 600 capacity theater-style and 400 capacity banquet-style seating.  The venue's three tiers and dance floor are ADA wheelchair accessible.
