We are thrilled to welcome Shadow Play, the remarkable new ensemble led by cellist Mia Pixley, feat. Isaac Schwartz(perc.), Kevin Goldberg (bass) & Nathan Bickart (keys). Shadow Play will present their new creation, On Change, an intimate musical experience exploring the night's theme: CHANGE. Shaped by their four distinct musical voices and guided by moving image as a visual and inquisitive thread, Pixley, Schwartz, Goldberg and Bickert weave jazz, blues, classical, and experimental sounds, inviting deep listening and curiosity about the nature of transformation. Visual artist Jamae Tasker will grace the venue with original mixed media collage creations.
