Lunch Break Meditation
We’re holding a free 30 minute practice session every Tuesday at noon led by Marion Frank, a teacher of Kum Nye. Come during your lunch break and take a moment to invest in well-being.
Kum Nye, also known as Tibetan Yoga, involves very light and rejuvenating movement practices that balance the body and mind. Marion presents these exercises together with the Just Breathing grounding meditation—a Full Presence Mindfulness technique—gently guiding the class back to present moment awareness. The activity is free, and the benefits are yours!
