Experience the infectious rhythms of Louisiana as Mark St. Mary's Louisiana Blues & Zydeco Band brings their high-energy performance to Ashkenaz Music & Dance Community Center on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Doors open at 7:00 PM, followed by a beginner-friendly zydeco dance lesson at 7:30 PM, and the live show kicks off at 8:00 PM. Dubbed the "Delta King" and awarded "Best Zydeco Band" by the Bay Area Blues Society in 2007, Mark St. Mary has been captivating audiences since the age of 13 with his blend of zydeco, blues, R&B, and a touch of country. Singing in both English and Creole French, the band's performances are known to keep the crowd dancing and calling for more.
Tickets: $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and $10 for students with valid ID (available at the door only). This is an all-ages event, and kids 12 and under attend for free.
