Hammerling Wines was founded in 2018 with a bold vision: to craft vibrant, low-intervention sparkling wines that capture the energy of California’s cool-climate coastal vineyards. Every bottle we produce is made entirely by hand—from pressing to bottling—with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship and character.

Our 1,800 square-foot tasting room and 5,000 square-foot outdoor area make the perfect location for your next event, including birthday parties, weddings and receptions, and corporate happy hours or retreats. Your event can be booked fully private or semi-private (reserve an area of the tasting room during business hours).
