Itani Sushi

In 2024 Chef Kyle Itani opened our primary location of Itani Sushi in North Berkeley in partnership with our sushi chef Jeremias Jimenez (formerly at Mujiri, Ozumo, and Yoshi’s). We’re so proud of the quality of sushi Chef Jeremias is able to prepare while keeping pricing fair.

The name ITANI may sound familiar because co-owner Chef Kyle Itani also operates Itani Ramen & Yonsei Handrolls, both located across from The Fox in Oakland, as well as a second location of Yonsei Handrolls in Albany.
