- About
Kopi Bar and Bakery is an intimate café and gathering place where coffee, culture, and thoughtful food come together. Inspired by
Chef Nora Haron’s Singaporean and Indonesian heritage, the menu reflects a deep respect for tradition while embracing a fresh, California-forward perspective.
What began as a celebration of coffee has grown into an all-day experience. From signature brews and house-baked pastries to a vibrant daily brunch menu featuring plant-forward dishes and nourishing ingredients, Kopi Bar invites guests to slow down, connect, and explore.
Located on the second floor of the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA), Kopi Bar is part of a dynamic cultural institution known for its exhibitions, film programs, and commitment to art, ideas, and community. In partnership with BAMPFA, Kopi Bar extends that experience beyond the gallery, creating a space where food and drink become part of the cultural dialogue.
A Meeting Place for Community
Designed as a space for pause and conversation, Kopi Bar welcomes guests throughout the day, whether for a morning ritual, a leisurely brunch, or an afternoon reset. It’s a place to gather, reflect, and connect, where culture continues at the table.
